Meris has dedicated her life to the transformational practice of meditation and yoga. Truly committed to twice daily meditation practice, she has seen an incredible turnaround in her own life with respect to boost in energy, mental clarity, pointed focus, open heart and mind, deeper sleep, fulfilling relationships, mood stabilization and measurable health improvements. She has studied under the finest global leaders in the field to include: Baron Baptiste, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Tiffany Cruikshank, Elena Brower, Emily Fletcher, Deepak Chopra and include programs in: MBSR, Vedic, Vedanta, Yoga Medicine, Ziva Meditation, Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT, Stanford Medical) and various yogic lineages. Prior to commencing a concerted focus on meditation over 5 years ago, Meris sold software professionally and taught yoga as a side passion for over 17 years. Primed and prepped to launch full-throttle into guided meditation as a professional, Meris heard the clarion call while watching Anderson Cooper on 60 Minutes interview Top Executives in Silicon Valley during their weekend meditation retreat. Divine providence set itself in motion producing a fruitful intersection between readiness, demand and need in our ever stressed/always-on culture.
