Fall release

A Women's Well-being retreat

October 25 - October 27, 2024

townshend, Vermont

We live in a LOUD world with way too much internal and external chatter.

It’s often hard to hear our inner voice with all the jackhammering happening around us.

What do I want?

What do I need?

How do I feel?

Are questions we rarely find the time to ask ourselves let alone answer.

Imagine a weekend where we checked it all at the door.

All the should be doing

All the expectations

All the titles we wear

All the responsibilities asked of us

And just took care of ourselves 🤯

That’s what you can expect at our Fall Release Retreat

We will access joy, happiness, ease, and connection through…

Creativity

Movement

Stillness

Play

Community

✨Two Community Coaching Sessions with Sarah ✨

WHAT TO EXPECT

Creativity & Play - more silliness please! When we allow our creativity to surface a flow like state is born which anchors us in the present. From there we are able to see ourselves and life as they truly are - beautiful, perfectly imperfect and free of all the stories, narratives, constructs, etc. Together we will create and play!

Movement - We will move our bodies in ways that feel yummy and comfortable and allow us to release all that is expected of us. Movement is medicine for the soul and we will have plenty of it throughout the weekend. At your personal pace!

Stillness - Pausing is a rare gift that we give ourselves despite desperately needing it. We will carve out intentional time this weekend to welcome in some stillness and silence and all the gifts it bears.

Nourishment - Our private chef will serve healthy and delicious meals throughout the weekend prepared with the intention of nourishing our whole being. All meals and snacks are included in the price of the retreat. Vegan and vegetarian options available. Think clean, light and nourishing medicine for your body and soul!

Community - We will gather in a safe and judgement free space to explore, play, expand and connect. The weekend is intentionally curated to welcome in connection, compassion, authenticity and kindness. Whether you come solo or not, you are destined to leave with new friends. All programming is included in the price of the retreat.

Home base for the weekend - The Farmhouse at Big Picture Farm is a lovely on-farm boutique country manor. It is the perfect setting for us to enjoy the Vermont countryside. There are plenty of places to gather as a collective as well as to curl up for some solo time. The price of the retreat includes two nights (Friday and Saturday) at The Farmhouse, all meals and snacks and all programming as well as a welcome goody bag!

Community Coaching Sessions - During the two community coaching sessions, Sarah will share insights, practices and guidance to support you in living a conscious, intentional life of your design. After years of living a reactive, unconscious life, Sarah found her true North Star that opened her up to living a more present, joyful, peaceful and easeful life. She’s manifested an incredible life of her design (down to the front porch of her home being adorned with peonies and hydrangeas her fav) and has dedicated her work to supporting other women in doing the same!
