About Sarah O'Brien Hammond

Sarah spent over 20 years as a top million dollar producer at both recruiting firms in which she worked. As a managing producer she was also responsible for developing and leading high performing teams. She partnered with senior leaders, across industries, to identify and retain talent. Sarah’s clients have remained consistent over the last two decades due to her performance and track record. Sarah attributes her success to a positive mindset, athlete mentality & discipline, and focus on overall wellbeing - mind and body. You can find her either on the Ironman course, in downward dog, sitting in meditation or relaxing at home in NYC with her husband and two teen daughters.
