This is a weekend for all women who feel the call. The call to relax and restore through play, mindfulness, movement and creativity. Come enjoy the healing benefits of good company, nature, and laughter while improving your overall health and well-being.

This weekend is intended for relaxation and restoration. When we honor those two things we are able to fully step into our lives and experience greater health, happiness and fulfillment. Our time will be spent nourishing our bodies with delicious, healthy foods. Calming our minds with stillness and mindfulness practices. Awakening our bodies with movement and nature adventures. And time to simply be, with no agenda!

 

Accommodations

We will be staying at a beautiful modern private residence in Hankins, New York. The property is set on four acres with a private creek, and gorgeous treehouse-esque views. There are four single occupancy rooms and two shared rooms. Invite a pal or share the room with a new lifelong friend!

 

Food

All meals will be served family style so guests can share meals and good conversation. We will experience high quality, organic food using healthy oils and pure ingredients. The seasonal menu will draw from the area’s abundant local and organic farms.
