Mother*/Daughter (virtual) Intention Setting Circle

Sophia (12), Avery (10) and I invite you to a special Mother/Daughter Intention Setting Circle (virtual).

This past year has derailed us in many ways and has greatly impacted our mental, physical and emotional well being. It’s time to get back in alignment with ourselves and each other. This morning we will hold space for you and your daughter to reflect, move and share your hopes for 2021. 

This 75 minute shared experience is intended to celebrate you, your relationship and intentions for the year ahead. Through a gentle yoga flow, clearing of your energy field, gratitude visualization, circle intention share and closing meditation you will experience a deeper connection to yourself, your daughter and one another while having a clearer purpose for the year ahead. Exchange includes a special intention setting gift bag with Palo Santo and essential oils

*We invite guardians, caregivers, aunts, etc. and their child to join us. Suggested for ages 8 and up.
