Upon reaching the summit we will enjoy a guided mountain top meditation to top it off! Easy access from Metro North and possible carpooling opportunities from the City as well.
About Barbara:
Barbara is a mom, a fundraiser, an event planner, an outdoor enthusiast, and a reformed triathlete rolled into one. Currently working as a Development Officer for the Appalachian Mountain Club, the nation's oldest conservation & outdoor recreation non-profit, she gets to spend her days meeting interesting people who love the outdoors as much as she does. On any given day, her work may include meeting with CEO's, taking 20 people hiking, leading a hut-to-hut trip in New Hampshire, or paddling around a pond in Harriman State Park. When she's not working, she's trail running or riding a bike of some sort. She is beyond accomplished and manages to do it all while raising a happy, healthy, adventurous daughter. Bravo Barbara!
